Spring In The Woods

The gnats are out! Oh no! They can make an otherwise beautiful day just miserable. I've got to go out and put Skin-So-Soft on the horses faces and ears. The migrating hummingbirds shouldn't be far behind! If possible, be sure to attend my hummingbird talk this Wednesday!

This painting is available at Rijks Family Gallery in Crested Butte, CO, where as I understand it, the snow is still falling!

  1. Hi Sandy,

I came across your "Eight Ways Animal Spirits Teach Us About Life" Squidoo Lens while I was working on a Lens for my crow ebook, The Way of the Crow. Then, I discovered the link to your blog.

    Beautiful work!

it's so nice to meet up with other spirits who appreciate nature and the natural world.

    Keep up the wonderful work!

    All the best,
    Laurie

  2. Thanks so much for your kind words Laurie! People respond so infrequently and when they do it is a real treat! Crows have been very vocal and all around me the past week or so. I know this medicine is full of healing and magic! See my April 16th 2007 Spirit Art Blog on Crow here.
