Today is hump day!

We're now more than halfway through the

30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge.

I got up early this morning and finished this piece.

I didn't want to end up working overtime, like last night.

I was contemplating switching to rag watercolor paper

for the next half of my series, but early this morning, I

sold another one of these tree paintings on Yupo paper.

So I decided to bite the bullet,

continue outside of my comfort zone,

press the pedal to the metal and drive on.

Nothing like a couple of sales to fuel my creative fire!

I made it to the half way point in the 

30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge today!

Joni Mitchell has been one of my favorite

singer/song writers since the 70's.

I still love her music and know most of the lyrics too.

Today I painted to Blondie and Bruce Springsteen though,

'cause I needed something peppier to get me through this one.

I'm a little behind in my production, so I'm finishing up late tonight.

Well, it's not late (8:50 ish), but I haven't my had dinner yet

and I'm starving. I hope you like my Tree Museum.
